EXCHANGE AND REFUND POLICY
In the event of a delivery error, the customer must inform MP EDITIONS SAS on the same day of delivery or at the latest on the first working day following delivery of any complaint of delivery error in relation to his order. beyond this period will be rejected and will release the company MPEDITIONS SAS from any liability vis-à-vis the customer. RIGHT TO RETRACT
The customer has a period of 7 clear days to return, at his expense, the products that do not suit him. This period runs from the day of delivery of the customer's order. The right of withdrawal does not apply to products made to measure according to the consumer's specifications or clearly personalized.
