MARINE PEYRE X 23 FOR GOOD
With Trilogie, Marine Peyre has created a collection for the young publishing house and manufacturer 23 for Good that remains faithful to the brand's DNA: artisanal, eco-designed and committed.
Designed as a refined and sensitive composition, Trilogie combines two noble materials – solid wood and DropCake recycled paperboard – in a single colour: black, a discreet common thread that unifies the whole. The contrasting textures of the materials respond to each other with elegance, creating a harmonious dialogue between matte and raw, smooth and speckled.
The design is based on a logic of material economy. The shapes are cut from the same sheet, and the wooden pieces come from reclaimed offcuts, thus affirming a resolutely sustainable approach. 23ForGood assisted the designer in choosing the right material for the design of the objects.
Candle holders, mirrors, coat hooks and single-flower vases are “household objects” that punctuate the space. Placed randomly on a shelf, fixed to a wall or gathered on a console table, they compose poetic scenes of life, between minimalism and materiality.
