In the event of a delivery error, the customer must inform MP EDITIONS SAS on the same day of delivery or at the latest on the first working day following delivery of any complaint of delivery error in relation to his order. beyond this period will be rejected and will release the company MPEDITIONS SAS from any liability vis-à-vis the customer. In the event of non-conformity of the products in kind or in quality with respect to the indications appearing on the order form and the Guarantee conditions of the General Conditions of Sale, the customer must inform MP EDITIONS SAS on the same day of delivery or at the latest later than the first working day following delivery any claim of delivery error in relation to his order. Any complaint made beyond this period will be rejected and will release the company MPEDITIONS SAS from any liability vis-à-vis the customer.

Upon receipt of the complaint and after analysis according to the defined conditions of sale, MP EDITIONS SAS may send the customer an exchange voucher by email. The product to be exchanged or refunded must be returned to MPEDITIONS, intact, in its entirety and in its original packaging, with the accompanying documents, within 14 days by Colissimo with tracking, at the address following that we will communicate to you by return email:

RIGHT TO RETRACT

The customer has a period of 7 clear days to return, at his expense, the products that do not suit him. This period runs from the day of delivery of the customer's order. The right of withdrawal does not apply to products made to measure according to the consumer's specifications or clearly personalized. The product to be exchanged or refunded must be returned to MPEDITIONS, intact, as a whole and in its original packaging, with the accompanying documents, within 7 days by Colissimo with tracking, to the address provided by return mail._cc781905-5cde- 3194-bb3b-136bad5cf58d_Only products returned as a whole and intact, and in perfect condition for resale, will be taken back. Any product that has been damaged will not be refunded or exchanged. This right of withdrawal is exercised without penalty, with the exception of return costs. In the event of the exercise of the right of withdrawal, the customer has the choice to request either the reimbursement of the sums paid, or the exchange of the product. In the case of an exchange, the re-shipment will be at the customer's expense. In the event of exercise of the right of withdrawal, MPEDITIONS SAS will make every effort to reimburse the customer within 30 days. The customer will then be refunded by check.

 

The geographical area of delivery corresponds to the geographical area of coverage of the offer.

The products are delivered to the bottom of the building at the address indicated on the order form.

The customer must check the conformity of the delivery information he has provided to the marinepeyre.com eshop.

The delivery information provided by the customer is his responsibility, the marine peyre eshop is in fact not responsible for the consequences that may follow (delays or delivery errors). Any costs incurred for the reshipment of the order would be borne by the customer.

The customer held himself responsible for accepting the goods upon delivery. Therefore, upon delivery, MP EDITIONS SAS strongly recommends that the customer check the condition of the products delivered before signing the acknowledgment of receipt of the package.
If he notices anomalies, he must refuse delivery of the products or issue handwritten, precise and dated reservations. The customer must also confirm this anomaly by sending the carrier within three (3) working days (excluding public holidays) following the date of delivery a letter by registered letter with acknowledgment of receipt setting out the said complaints. The customer must send a copy of this letter by email to mp@marinepeyre.com

MPEDITIONS SAS cannot be held responsible for delays in delivery due to errors or disruptions attributable to carriers

In the event of delays, damage, total or partial loss, or any other problem, it is up to the customer to exercise any recourse with the carrier without the responsibility of MPEDITIONS SAS ever being called into question.
